WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
In an increasingly connected and data-driven world, we help leading brands use Salesforce strategically and operationally to create real value for customers and businesses. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Strategy, design and implementation of modern Salesforce solutions – primarily in the areas of Agentforce, Loyalty, Sales, Service and Data Cloud.
- Analysis and further development of existing Salesforce setups: you will identify potential for optimisation, develop roadmaps and support implementation.
- Requirements analysis and solution design: together with customers and our project team, you will develop smart, scalable architectures along the customer journey.
- Process design in sales and service: from lead qualification and service automation to personalisation and AI deployment.
- Technical management of projects in interdisciplinary teams, often in conjunction with other platforms.
- Configuration and customisation within Salesforce clouds – with a focus on best practices, reusability and clean setup.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED...
- With business analysis & requirements gathering and translating these into smart solutions.
- In advising and guiding customers on an equal footing.
- In configuring and expanding Salesforce Clouds and understanding the strategic product development of Salesforce with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
