WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships:

    • Manage and develop our Swiss clients, with a genuine feel for their needs and objectives.
    • Be responsible for achieving relevant quantitative KPIs.
    • Plan and maintain revenue forecasts for your clients.
    • Work closely with our project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects for your clients.

  • New business and client acquisition:

    • Co-develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with nexum’s portfolio and overall strategy.
    • Plan, manage and execute acquisition activities — from client presentations and proposal creation to independently negotiating and closing contracts.
    • Identify and approach the relevant decision-makers.
    • Build and maintain a professional network.

YOU ARE...

  • An experienced client account manager with a talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • A strong communicator and persuader with a confident, likeable presence in conversations and presentations.
  • An entrepreneurial team player who spots opportunities and acts strategically.
  • Based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
  • Willing to travel and proficient in English.

YOU HAVE...

  • Several years’ experience in consulting or agency services and/or extensive experience on the client side, ideally with involvement in vendor-selection decision processes (e.g., as a member of a decision-making body).
  • A solid commercial and entrepreneurial understanding.
  • Strong networking skills and enthusiasm for creating and growing relationships.
  • Excellent advisory and negotiation skills.
  • A strong customer- and service-orientation and a high standard for quality.
  • High motivation and a results-driven mindset.

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

  • with the digital needs of clients in Switzerland and understand their specific requirements and expectations.
  • in Digital consulting and solutions such as CRM, MAP (Marketing Automation Platform), LMS, CDP, CMS and can position these optimally for your clients.
  • Deep domain expertise in CRM, customer engagement & loyalty, and broad knowledge of nexum’s strategy and portfolio (topics, tools, trends, industries, clients).
