WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- You will independently manage varied and complex digital projects for well-known clients.
- Leading international, cross-functional project teams consisting of internal and external people.
- Monitoring, controlling and quality assurance of project tasks.
- Communicating internally and externally - from departments such as Delivery, Sales and Development to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and harmonising requirements between the various stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
- Controlling, progress monitoring and budget management.
- If required, you will also take on customer responsibility and ensure that our customers feel that they receive all-round support from us.
YOU ARE...
- based in (German-speaking) Switzerland.
- strong communicator and a strong team player - even in hectic project phases you are the rock in the surf for your team.
- well-versed and responsible - especially with regard to projects, your team and their content.
- solution-orientated and pragmatic - you find practical solutions to issues that arise, even the tricky ones.
- someone who recognises challenges and risks in the project at an early stage and resolves them in the wider environment.
- Independent and structured.
YOU HAVE...
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods, ideally supplemented by certifications (such as Scrum, PMI or Prince2).
- Experience with projects in the area of CMS, portals, e-commerce or CRM and have already worked on digital solutions.
- A sense of responsibility for the quality, budget and schedule of your projects.
- Very good German and English skills.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED...
- in MS Office, MS Project and digital collaboration tools.
