WHAT WE OFFER...

Advance Your Expertise: Develop your QA skills through the nexum Academy, practical QA workshops, and opportunities to attend industry conferences. Pursue advanced certifications in testing methodologies and automation as you grow into a QA automation expert.

Quality-First Innovation:Join cross-functional teams where quality is built in from requirements gathering, not tested in at the end. Contribute to our "shift-left" testing strategy, support automation-first approaches, and collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners in Agile environments where testing starts on day one.

Modern Testing Approach: Work with cutting-edge tools including Playwright for E2E testing, Axe DevTools for accessibility validation, Qmetry for test management, and BrowserStack for cross-browser testing. Experience our four-layer testing architecture that separates business logic from technical implementation.

Work Your Way: Benefit from flexible hours and remote work options. Choose your preferred setup—Mac or Windows—and customize your workspace and tools to fit your workflow.

Beyond the Code: Connect with other tech professionals at regular team events, QA meetups, and signature gatherings like our annual nexum summer party, where we celebrate the team behind our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Quality Engineering from the Start: Champion our "building quality in" philosophy by participating in requirements analysis, sprint planning, and early-stage testing activities. Help translate business goals into testable acceptance criteria and quality measures using our Domain-Specific Language (DSL) approach.

Automation-First Testing: Lead the development and maintenance of our comprehensive test automation suite, including unit tests, acceptance tests, integration tests, and strategic E2E tests. Work with our testing pyramid approach that prioritizes fast, reliable automated feedback over manual regression testing.

Accessibility Champion: Drive accessibility testing initiatives using Axe DevTools and manual validation techniques. Ensure WCAG compliance, screen reader compatibility, and keyboard navigation across all digital products. Make accessibility a core part of our quality strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practices. Collaborate with designers on usability testing and with product owners to define quality gates and acceptance criteria.

Human-Centered Testing: Focus your manual testing efforts on exploratory testing, UX evaluation, creative edge cases, and usability insights—the areas where human intelligence adds the most value. Leave repetitive regression testing to our automated systems.

Continuous Quality Improvement: Contribute to our culture of shared quality responsibility, where quality is everyone's job, not just the QA team's. Participate in regular retrospectives and help evolve our testing practices and tooling.

YOU ARE...

Quality-Minded Engineer: Someone who believes that "you can't inspect quality into a product, you must build it in" and is passionate about implementing this philosophy in practice.

Automation Advocate: Eager to automate repetitive tasks and build reliable, maintainable test suites. You understand that humans should focus on creative, exploratory testing while machines handle consistent, repetitive validation.

Accessibility Advocate: Committed to inclusive design and testing. You understand that accessibility is not optional and are excited to make it a core part of your testing practice.

Clear Communicator: Able to work effectively with developers, designers, and project managers to keep everyone aligned on quality standards and testing approaches.

Collaborative Team Player: Enjoys working in cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive, supportive atmosphere where quality is everyone's responsibility.

Continuous Learner: Proactive about staying current with testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Comfortable adapting to new technologies and approaches.
