WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
As a Senior Consultant Customer Engagement & MarTech Strategy, you will provide our customers with strategic advice on the design of modern CRM and MarTech setups - from tool selection and customer lifecycle strategy to specific use cases.
In concrete terms, this means:

- Strategic consulting in the areas of CRM, customer engagement and marketing technology
- Conducting workshops, pitch formats and tool evaluations
- Development of concrete use cases along customer lifecycles and buyer journeys (B2C & B2B)
- Creation of presentations, architecture sketches and implementation roadmaps
- Translation of functional requirements into technical solutions
- Close coordination with customer teams, technical consultants and project managers
- Initial monitoring of projects and support for the transition to implementation
- Optional further technical development of the topic of customer retention / loyalty
YOU ARE...
- motivated to take responsibility as a lead consultant on our customer projects
- a communicative person and enjoy interacting with our customers and relevant project stakeholders
- fluent in german and english
YOU HAVE...
- Several years of professional experience in the CRM, MarTech or customer engagement environment, ideally in a consultancy or agency
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Braze, Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud), HubSpot or similar
- Very good understanding of customer processes, segmentation, automation and personalisation
- Experience in developing and presenting concepts at management and operational level
- Basic technical understanding of system landscapes, interfaces and data flows
- Structured way of working, ability to work in a team and desire for responsibility
