WAS DU BEI UNS MACHEN WIRST:

Kurz & knackig:
Du berätst Kunden in der Auswahl, Architektur und Integration moderner digitaler Plattformen, steuerst die technische Umsetzung und unterstützt im Sales — von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Relaunch. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement, Architektur und Vertrieb zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen und deren Umsetzung.

Was das im Detail heißt:

Beratung von Kunden bei der Implementierung neuer Websites, digitalen Plattformen und Karriereportalen - von der Systemauswahl bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
Umfassende Technologie- und Auswahlberatung für CMS- und ATS-Systeme, inkl. Bewertung von Anforderungen, Systemarchitekturen und Integrationsszenarien.
Technische Beratung zur Implementierung von APIs und Integrationen (DAM, CRM, ATS) sowie Erarbeitung ganzheitlicher Schnittstellen- und Integrationskonzepte.
Übersetzen von fachlichen Anforderungen in konkrete technische Lösungsansätze und Abstimmung dieser mit Projektleitungen, Entwicklern und Architekten.
Steuerung und Koordination von Entwicklungsteams bei Website-Relaunches: Planung, Priorisierung, Verteilung und Begleitung technischer Aufgaben.
Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung, Scoping, Aufwandsschätzungen und technischen Bewertungen für Neukunden- und Bestandsprojekte.
Fachvertriebliche Unterstützung im CMS-Sales (u. a. Storyblok, Magnolia), inkl. Teilnahme an Pitches, Workshops und technischen Präsentationen.
Dokumentation technischer Konzepte, Schnittstellen und Projektstandards sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Delivery-Prozesse, insbesondere im Kontext der Möglichkeiten von KI.

DU BIST...

Mindestens 3+ Jahre in technischen Web- oder Digitalprojekten tätig, idealerweise mit Fokus auf CMS-, Plattform- oder Integrationsprojekten.
Erfahren in der Bewertung und Auswahl von CMS-, ATS- und angrenzenden Systemlandschaften - du verstehst technische Stärken, Grenzen und Integrationsanforderungen.
Sicher im Umgang mit API-Konzepten (REST, GraphQL, JSON) und Integrationsarchitekturen sowie den üblichen Patterns für saubere, skalierbare Schnittstellen.
Kommunikationsstark gegenüber Kunden und Team - du kannst technische Zusammenhänge klar und verständlich an verschiedene Sakeholder vermitteln.
Geübt darin, fachliche Anforderungen aufzunehmen, zu strukturieren und in klare technische Lösungsansätze zu übersetzen.
Erfahren in der Koordination und Steuerung technischer Aufgaben: du kannst Entwicklerteams inhaltlich leiten, priorisieren und technische Entscheidungen treffen.
Souverän in Workshops, Bewertungen, Scoping-Runden und Angebotsprozessen.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Wichtig: Wir verlangen keine spezifische CMS- oder ATS-Ausbildung - bitte liste in deinem Lebenslauf jedoch auf, mit welchen Systemen, Technologien, Integrationsszenarien und Plattformen du gearbeitet hast.

DU HAST...

Erfahrung mit der Integration von Content Management Systemen (z. B. Storyblok, Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful) und gängigen ATS/HR-Systemen.
Know-how zu API-Management, Schnittstellen-Design und dem Zusammenspiel von DAM, CRM und weiteren Plattformkomponenten in modernen Digital-Ökosystemen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Short & to the point:
You advise clients on the selection, architecture, and integration of modern website and career portal systems, steer the technical implementation, and support sales activities — from the initial idea through to a successful relaunch. You work closely with development, project management, architecture, and sales, taking responsibility for technical decisions and their implementation.

What this means in detail:

Advise clients on the implementation of new websites and career portals — from system selection to a successful go-live.
Provide comprehensive technology and selection consulting for CMS and ATS systems, including the evaluation of requirements, system architectures, and integration scenarios.
Deliver technical consulting for API implementations and integrations (DAM, CRM, ATS) and develop holistic interface and integration concepts.
Translate business requirements into concrete technical solution approaches and align them with project managers, developers, and architects.
Steer and coordinate development teams during website relaunches: planning, prioritization, assignment, and guidance of technical tasks.
Support proposal creation, scoping, effort estimation, and technical evaluations for new and existing client projects.
Provide pre-sales and sales support in the CMS environment (including Storyblok, Magnolia), such as participation in pitches, workshops, and technical presentations.
Document technical concepts, interfaces, and project standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes, particularly with regard to the use of AI.

YOU ARE...

Have at least 3+ years of experience working on technical web or digital projects, ideally with a focus on CMS, platform, or integration projects.
Experienced in evaluating and selecting CMS, ATS, and related system landscapes — you understand technical strengths, limitations, and integration requirements.
Confident in working with API concepts (REST, GraphQL, JSON) and integration architectures, as well as common patterns for clean, scalable interfaces.
A strong communicator with clients and teams — able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently moderate stakeholders.
Skilled at capturing, structuring, and translating business requirements into clear technical solution approaches.
Experienced in coordinating and steering technical tasks: you can guide development teams, set priorities, and make sound technical decisions.
Confident in workshops, evaluations, scoping sessions, and proposal processes.
Fluent in German (at least C1) and very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Important: We do not require a specific CMS or ATS certification — however, please list in your CV which systems, technologies, integration scenarios, and platforms you have worked with.

YOU HAVE...

Experience integrating content management systems (e.g. Storyblok, Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful) and common ATS/HR systems.
Solid knowledge of API management, interface design, and the interaction of DAM, CRM, and other platform components within modern digital ecosystems.
