WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Lead Technical Solution Design Transform complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, owning the complete solution lifecycle from initial analysis to successful deployment.
Act as Primary Problem Solver Identify root causes behind technical challenges, team dynamics issues, and project roadblocks - then design practical solutions that address the real problems, not just symptoms.
Navigate Complex System Landscapes Evaluate and integrate diverse technologies including headless CMS platforms (Drupal, Storyblok, Magnolia), eCommerce solutions (Shopify, commercetools, Shopware, SAP Hybris), ERP systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and various APIs to create cohesive, functional ecosystems.
Lead Solution Architecture Design comprehensive technical solutions from initial concept through implementation, creating detailed architectural documentation and managing complex system integrations across multiple platforms.
Scale Across Project Sizes Lead both focused website projects and complex multi-system enterprise initiatives, adapting your approach and technical solutions to match project scope, timeline constraints, and business requirements.
Champion Requirements Engineering Excel at stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
Architect Full-Stack Solutions Design end-to-end solutions spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, and integrations while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Provide Technical Mentorship Guide development teams through complex technical challenges, share architectural knowledge, and elevate overall team capabilities.
Bridge Business & Technology Serve as the key technical advisor for client relationships, providing accurate effort estimations and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

YOU HAVE...

Communication Excellence Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration. German knowledge is a plus but not required.
Technical Leadership Experience 7+ years of progressive development experience with proven project leadership and solution architecture delivery.
Full-Stack Expertise Comprehensive experience across frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python), with deep understanding of both domains.
Architecture & Patterns Knowledge Strong foundation in software architecture patterns, design patterns, and systems integration with experience in scalable solution design.
Systems Integration & Platform Knowledge Broad experience with modern CMS platforms (Drupal, Storyblok, Magnolia, Craft), eCommerce systems (Shopify, commercetools, Shopware, SAP Hybris), ERP platforms, CRM systems, and understanding how different enterprise systems integrate and scale.

Problem Diagnosis & Resolution Proven ability to identify root causes of technical, team, or process issues and implement effective solutions that address underlying problems.
Solution Architecture & Documentation Proven ability to design comprehensive technical solutions and create detailed architectural documentation that serves both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Cross-Platform Architecture Experience designing solutions that span multiple systems and technologies, with understanding of API ecosystems, data flows, system interdependencies, and business process digitization.

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

Development Technologies Modern frameworks and languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, React, Vue), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Architecture & Infrastructure Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), microservices architecture, and scalable system design principles.
Project Management & Methodology Agile/Scrum practices, requirement documentation, effort estimation techniques, and cross-functional team coordination.
Platform & Integration Expertise Modern CMS platforms (Drupal, Storyblok, Magnolia), headless commerce solutions (Shopify, commercetools, Shopware, SAP Hybris), ERP/CRM system integration, API ecosystems (REST/GraphQL), and enterprise system integration patterns.
Problem-Solving Methodologies Root cause analysis, team dynamics assessment, process optimization, and systematic troubleshooting across technical and organizational challenges.
Multi-Scale Project Experience Comfortable working on everything from focused website builds and rapid integrations to large-scale, multi-platform enterprise solutions with multiple stakeholder groups and complex system landscapes.
