Du entwickelst technische Lösungsarchitekturen für komplexe E-Commerce- und Plattformprojekte – von der Analyse bis zum Go-Live.
Du bist technischer Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in skalierbare Architekturen und begleitest Projekte end-to-end.
Du führst interdisziplinäre Teams fachlich, unterstützt Developer bei komplexen Herausforderungen und gibst technisches Mentoring.
Du bewertest und integrierst moderne Technologien (CMS, Commerce, ERP, CRM, APIs, Cloud) zu ganzheitlichen Systemlandschaften.
Du treibst Requirements Engineering, Dokumentation und die Weiterentwicklung von Projekt- und Architektur-Standards aktiv voran.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung (7+ Jahre) in Entwicklung, Solution Architecture und technischer Führung (Tech Lead).
Tiefes Verständnis von Full-Stack-Technologien (Frontend: React/Vue/Angular | Backend: Node.js, PHP, Python).
Erfahrung in Systemintegration (CMS wie Drupal/Storyblok, Commerce-Lösungen wie Shopify/commercetools/Shopware, ERP/CRM).
Know-how in Cloud-Architekturen (AWS, Azure, GCP), Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) und API-Design.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1).

Lead Technical Solution Design Transform complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, owning the complete solution lifecycle from initial analysis to successful deployment.
Act as Primary Problem Solver Identify root causes behind technical challenges, team dynamics issues, and project roadblocks - then design practical solutions that address the real problems, not just symptoms.
Navigate Complex System Landscapes Evaluate and integrate diverse technologies including headless CMS platforms (Drupal, Storyblok, Magnolia), eCommerce solutions (Shopify, commercetools, Shopware, SAP Hybris), ERP systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and various APIs to create cohesive, functional ecosystems.
Lead Solution Architecture Design comprehensive technical solutions from initial concept through implementation, creating detailed architectural documentation and managing complex system integrations across multiple platforms.

Communication Excellence Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration. German knowledge is a plus but not required.
Technical Leadership Experience 7+ years of progressive development experience with proven project leadership and solution architecture delivery.
Full-Stack Expertise Comprehensive experience across frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python), with deep understanding of both domains.
Architecture & Patterns Knowledge Strong foundation in software architecture patterns, design patterns, and systems integration with experience in scalable solution design.
Systems Integration & Platform Knowledge Broad experience with modern CMS platforms (Drupal, Storyblok, Magnolia, Craft), eCommerce systems (Shopify, commercetools, Shopware, SAP Hybris), ERP platforms, CRM systems, and understanding how different enterprise systems integrate and scale.
